We went to North Point Playground yesterday. This is a new playground near the Museum of Science (you have to go under the Green Line subway track to get to it from the museum). We thought it was a beautiful playground in a gorgeous setting – as long as you didn’t look at the building debris in one direction. The playground is huge, has a fenced toddler section that is gigantic and right near the sprinkler section. There are three very cool structures for older kids, lots of benches, views of the harbor, some paths for walking and biking. We didn’t see any restroom facilities, but the Museum of Science is only about 5 minutes walk away.
What a shame I put my finger over the lens for the photos of the toddler playground – I’ll just have to go again soon – te he he 😉
